Terms of Service

Effective date: October 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CodeJackRabbit CLI, MCP server, editor extensions, SDKs, and hosted cloud review and coding task services.

1. Local and connected usage

• Local CLI commands (such as cjr review --local) execute on your own machine under your control.
• Connected cloud reviews, pull-request webhooks, and coding tasks require an active account and are subject to the plan limits and hosted-provider credit allocations shown on the Pricing page.

2. Acceptable use and credentials

• You are responsible for safeguarding your CLI connection keys, webhook secrets, and bring-your-own-key (BYOK) provider credentials.
• You may not use the service to process unlawful content, attack third-party infrastructure, or bypass rate limits and plan quotas.

3. Billing, quotas and BYOK

• Paid tiers (Pro, Team, Business, and Enterprise) renew monthly or annually as selected in your account billing portal.
• When hosted-provider credits are exhausted, you may upgrade your plan or configure your own LLM server endpoint (BYOK) in .codejackrabbit.yaml.
